Avid Co-operative Program Application

Avid Co-operative Program Understanding:

This application is written for the purpose of seeking applicants who would benefit from mentoring and a option to work alongside Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC.

The Photographer states that they are 21 years or older.

Avid Co-operative Program Information:

- Avid Cooperation Program will be in session from June 2023 - December 2023

- Avid Cooperation Program group workshops will be one day a month for 8 hours for 6 months.

- Avid Cooperation Program individual workshops will be one day a month for 4 hours for 6 months.

- Avid Cooperation Program will have open communication at any time during the course of the 6 months and into your photography career.

*8 hour classes will be held from 9pm-6pm with an hour lunch provided. 4 hour classes will be from 9am-1pm with a lunch provided.

Avid Co-operative Program Workshops:

Month One - Camera 101 ( group & individual workshops)

Month Two - Studio Lighting ( group & individual workshops)

Month Three - Posing ( group & individual workshops)

Month Four - Editing ( group & individual workshops)

Month Five - LIVE boudoir session day (2 clients- group) (1 client- individual)

Month Six - LIVE boudoir session day (2 clients- group) (1 client- individual)

Payment Schedule:

This signed contract and the first payment of $1200 is required to book the Avid Co-operative Program. The remaining package amount of $4800 is due before JUNE 1st 2023. Payments will be broke down monthly. Card must be on file.

Schedule Arrangements: Due to the nature of the Avid Co-operative Program, a strict timeline will be enforced to ensure the Avid Co-operative Program obligations are met. *8 hour classes will be held from 9pm-6pm with an hour lunch provided. 4 hour classes will be from 9am-1pm with a lunch provided.

Rescheduling Policy: In the event that the weather conditions are not desirable for the Avid Co-operative Program based on studio recommendations, the workshop session will need to be rescheduled. Due to liability and equipment damages, this decision will be at Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC's discretion.

Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event that the owner of Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC is injured or becomes too ill to attend the Avid Co-operative Program, Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC will reschedule the Avid Co-operative Program. Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC will schedule the Avid Co-operative Program for the next available weekend.

Woking with Avid after the program:

- 3 year studio rental offered

- All equipment and software provided owned by Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC.

- Clientele provided owned by Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC.

- Flexible schedule

- Exclusive Studio owned by Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC.

- Professional Headshots provided with a personal webpage and booking link provided.

- Annual earnings up to at least 5 figures.

- Travel is required.

The Photographer understands that once the Avid Co-operative Program is completed and The Photographer is invited to collaborate with Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC. the photographer will be responsible for paying the professional hair and makeup artists and 20% of each sale will be due to Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC. Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC.

Disclaimer: Percentages are subject to change at any time with notification due to price increases in the coming years 2024-2027. This contract solidifies the Avid Co-operative Program contents and price at the time of booking (Jan 2023). This contract is specifically for the Avid Co-operative Program purchased on purchase date. If photographer wishes to not obtain a collaboration with Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC. after completing the Avid Co-operative Program the photographer understands there will be a non compete agreement for boudoir photography obtained for two years at the beginning of the Avid Co-Operative Program after being accepted into the Avid Co-operative Program. The photographer understands due to unforeseen circumstances booking may be limited, the photographer then understands Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC is not liable for gaps in income due to situations out of Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC's control.

Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC's main goal is to collaborate with candidates who complete the Avid Co-operative Program.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: The photographer understands that all materials, including but not limited to price list, lesson plans, agreements and any other information or documents that are given to them in the course of the Avid Co-operative Program are the exclusive property of Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC and is confidential information. The photographer shall not disclose the confidential information obtained from Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio, LLC to anyone. Upon investigation of leaked information the photographer may be subject to law suit.

Avid Artistry, A Boudoir Studio LLC. retains the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.

Any addendums made to this contract must be agreed upon, in writing, by all parties involved.
